The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional charge.

Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed.

Parking is additionally charged for in some offers. Charging electric cars is a paid service via the Elocity app, provided by an external supplier.
