Sauna rituals
This is more than just an ordinary sauna visit – it is a true relaxation ceremony that has a beneficial effect on the body and mind. During the rituals, experienced sauna masters use aromatherapy, special heat-distribution techniques and natural essential oils to enhance the relaxing effect.
