  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Blue Mountain Resort website (hereinafter: the Website)
  2. The administrator of the personal data contained on the Website is OPERATOR BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT SPOŁKA Z O.O., Warsaw 00-023, ul. Widok 8, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under number NIP: 7010494148 (hereinafter: the Data Administrator).

In order to ensure the security of the personal data entrusted to it, the Data Administrator operates on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations compliant with the relevant legal acts concerning personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. The Data Administrator takes particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects and, in particular, ensures that personal data are:
    1. processed lawfully,
    2. collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
    3. factually accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
    4. stored in a form enabling identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  5. The Data Administrator obtains information about users and their behaviour through the voluntary submission of information in forms, for the purpose of:
    1. responding to users’ enquiries submitted via the contact form on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
    2. accepting reservations using the online booking system on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
    3. providing services rendered by the Data Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to an email address, where the Client has consented to this by selecting the relevant box during the reservation process, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and to sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Data Administrator’s email address,
    5. pursuing the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator in specific cases on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g. debt collection,
  6. When visiting the Blue Mountain Resort website for the first time, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the website, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. Failure by the user to change the browser settings is equivalent to consenting to the use of “cookies”.
