A very nice sauna zone, but the cleanliness of the hotel allows much to be desired, we had a purchased apartment, there was sand on the floor, remnants of previous guests (plasters for corns, earrings), you can see that the curtains and curtains have not been washed for a long time because they were gray, I felt the impression that the whole apartment is neglected and cleaned only superficially. On the bed, the hair of previous guests stuck in the mattress.... Disgusting.

Doceniam to, że do strefy z saunami mogą wchodzić tylko osoby powyżej 15 lat. bardzo fajna strefa saunarium, jednak czystość hotelu pozwala wiele do życzenia, mieliśmy wykupiony apartament, na podłodze był piasek, pozostałości po poprzednich gościach (plastry na odciski, kolczyki), widać że zasłony i firany dawno nie były prane bo były aż szare, odczuwałam wrażenie że cały apartament jest zaniedbany i sprzątany tylko powierzchownie. Na łóżku wbite w materac włosy poprzednich gości…. Obrzydliwe.

A plus is also the rich Pool Area, where you can relax if you happen to be there when there are no children there. I mainly sat in the sauna area, available from the age of 15, and it was pleasant. The price of parking is a bit too high considering the lack of availability of other places around.

Przy balkonie otwarte okno od jakiegoś nieznanego pomieszczenia, z którego wydobywały się hałasy. Pokój że sporymi skosami, więc dzień zaczynałam zwykle od uderzenia głową w sufit. Partner, mający 2 metry wzrostu dostal mocno w kość. Na plus obsługa gastronomiczna i cała Strefa z jedzeniem. Pyszne posiłki, ciągle dokładane na świeżo. Wybór owocow, slodkosci, pieczywa i dan ciepłych. Plusem jest również bogata Strefa basenowa, w której można się zrelaksować, jeżeli trafi się w moment, kiedy nie ma tam dzieci. Ja głównie przesiadywałam w strefie saunowej, dostępnej od 15 roku życia i było przyjemnie. Cena parkingu trochę zbyt wygórowana biorąc pod uwagę brak dostępności innych miejsc dookola.

This time a huge minus for allowing drinking alcohol in indoor pools, especially in the paddling pool, which is filled with small children! The paddling pool is not huge and the number of adults sitting inside was terrifying, because there was very little 😟 space for kids Going there, we wanted to relax with the children, and not necessarily explain why there are adults sitting in the pool, which is intended for toddlers, with beer or other alcohol - it was weak! The same applies to the playroom inside, I think that it should be forbidden for parents to bring alcohol to such places. There is really no shortage of places in the hotel where you can sit and have a drink, beer, etc.

W blue mountain byliśmy już kolejny raz. Miejsce idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Tym razem ogromny minus za przyzwolenie picia alkoholu w basenach wewnętrznych, zwłaszcza w brodziku , który wypełniony jest malutkimi dziećmi ! Brodzik nie należy do ogromnych a ilość dorosłych siedzących w środku była przerażająca, bo miejsca dla dzieciaków było bardzo mało 😟 Jadąc tam chcieliśmy wypocząć z dziećmi a niekoniecznie tłumaczyć ,dlaczego w basenie który jest przeznaczony dla maluchów siedzą dorośli z piwem albo z innym alkoholem- słabe to było ! To samo dotyczy się sali zabaw w środku , uważam że powinien być zakaz wnoszenia alkoholu przez rodziców do takich miejsc. W hotelu naprawdę nie brak takich miejsc gdzie można sobie usiąść i wypić drinka,piwo itp.

Nice facility, I was in the middle of the week, not during the winter holidays. The apartment is clean, modernly equipped. A lot of families with children, I expected that looking at the attractions. The sauna area at the pool is good, the saunas are large and there are two jacuzzis. Relaxation is disturbed by the noise coming from the pool hall, maybe if the entrance was somehow covered, it would be quieter and even more atmospheric. Unfortunately, 70% of visitors do not know the rules of proper sauna use, from outfits to loud conversations. It is worth thinking about the silence zone signs, maybe it will give some people pause. Reception for 6 breakfasts also 6, light surprise parking 50 PLN per day. In general, for families with children, I recommend it very much, for couples it is worth looking for adults only.

Strefa saun na basenie jest dobra, sauny duże dwa jacuzzi. W relaksie przeszkadza hałas dochodzący z hali basenowej, może gdyby jakoś przykryto wejscie było by ciszej i jeszcze bardziej klimatycznie. Niestety 70% odwiedzających nie zna zasad poprawnego saunowania, poczynając od strojów kończąc na głośnych rozmowach . Warto pomyśleć o tabliczkach strefa ciszy, może niektórym da to do myślenia. Recepcja na 6 śniadanko również 6, lekkie zaskoczenie parking 50 zł doba. Ogólnie dla rodzin z dziećmi polecam bardzo, dla par warto poszukać adults only.

Lokalizacja super, jak ktoś lubi zwiedzać to blisko do zamku Chojnik czy wodospadu Szklarki. Polecamy pokoje, ładne i przestronne. Nasz wyjazd był udany, pracownicy bardzo mili i pomocni. Śniadania smaczne z dużym wyborem dań. Wieczorami chodziliśmy do lobby na drinki i polecamy.

Overall, we were satisfied - good food, great pool and fun for the kids. The hotel is generally babyfriendly, which is what we were looking for. As minor shortcomings, I rate the following: Starting beds and mattresses on the double bed, where a 2.5-year-old daughter was supposed to sleep with us, so it was not possible this way - I expected a better bed and mattress. Once during the stay, we asked for a room cleaning with a change of towels - but we only changed the towels when we returned from the pool and the cleaning was not finished at another time.

Celkově jsme byli spokojeni - dobré jídlo, skvělý bazén a zábava pro děti. Hotel je obecně babyfriendly, což jsme hledali. Jako drobné nedostatky hodnotím následující: Rozjíždějící se postele a matrace na manželské posteli, kde s námi měla spát 2, 5letá dcera, takže to takto nebylo možné - očekávala jsem kvalitnější lůžko a matrace. Jednou za pobyt jsme požádali o úklid pokoje s výměnou ručníků - byli nám ale jen vyměněny ručníky ve chvíli, když jsme se vrátili z bazénu a úklid pak už dokončen v jiný čas nebyl.

The apartments are in good condition with a few visible signs of use, unfortunately the mattress on the bed in the bedroom is probably one of the cheapest, because nights are a torment for the spine, the bathroom is ok, but the water pressure is poor, the cabin is asking for a domestos and the hand shower is small, which reduces the comfort of use. The restaurant is served politely and efficiently, the meals are varied, but in fact everything looks better than it tastes, a great pity. The recreational pool is nice and with a small number of people it's great, 3 jacuzzi tubs besieged by parents with toddlers in supposedly waterproof diapers... The resort is aimed at families with small children, attractive for a weekend trip. Location at a fairly large distance (walk uphill) from the frog, other shops, restaurants, pharmacy. To get to the Szklarki waterfall, go by car to the parking lot or follow the green trail, (at the beginning from the resort to the left) which leads parallel to the road where there is a car behind the car and no shoulder, you walk safer, the picturesque view right next to the river to the very entrance to the waterfall. Navigation from Google leads you to the black trail – there is a beautiful forest, but then it gets really dangerous:(...

Restauracja obsługiwana uprzejmie i sprawnie, posiłki zróżnicowane ale tak naprawdę wszystko lepiej wygląda niż smakuje, wielka szkoda. Strefa wellness ciekawa ale jedno jacuzzi nie do końca sprawne. Basen rekreacyjny fajny i przy małej ilości osób jest super, 3 wanny jacuzzi oblegane przez rodziców z maluchami w niby nieprzemakalnych pampersach...Resort ukierunkowany na rodziny z małymi dziećmi, atrakcyjny na weekendowy wypad. Położenie w dość dużej odległości (spacer pod górę) od żabki, innych sklepów, restauracji, apteki. Do wodospadu Szklarki jechać samochodem do parkingu lub iść zielonym szlakiem, (na początek od resortu w lewo) który prowadzi równolegle do drogi gdzie auto za autem a brak pobocza, idzie się bezpieczniej widok malowniczy tuż przy rzece do samego wejścia na wodospad. Although the hotel is close to the center, you can relax there without the hustle and bustle of the city. It was really family and warm. Breakfasts varied, delicious coffee. Cleanliness and order, but above all peace and quiet. The SPA is a great complement to the hotel, the prices are not prohibitive.

Mimo, że hotel jest blisko centrum, to można w nim wypocząć bez zgiełku miasta. Było naprawdę rodzinnie i ciepło. Śniadania urozmaicone, przepyszna kawa. Czystość i porządek, ale przede wszystkim cisza i spokój. SPA jest świetnym dopełnieniem hotelu, ceny nie są zaporowe.

Hotel and restaurant service at a high level. The food is very delicious. Rich breakfasts. A very nice swimming pool complex with a SPA zone. Children's play areas. A small disadvantage could be considered not fully fitted kitchen furniture. The cabinets did not close, the wardrobe in the room had broken shelves. Coffee in the room is undrinkable. A bit too little furniture in the room - in the apartment for 4 people there was only one wardrobe and it was in the bedroom. In the living room, there are empty spaces where you could put a wardrobe or a bookcase. In general, I rate this complex as one of the best I have had the pleasure to visit.

Obsługa hotelu i restauracji na wysokim poziomie. Jedzenie bardzo pyszne. Śniadania na bogato. Bardzo fajny kompleks basenowy ze strefą SPA. Strefy zabaw dla dzieci. Na mały minus można by uznać nie do końca spasowane meble kuchenne. Szafki się nie domykały, szafa w pokoju miała połamane półki. Kawa w pokoju nie do wypicia. Nieco za mało mebli w pokoju - w apartamencie dla 4 osób była tylko jedna wspomniana szafa i to w sypialni. W salonie puste miejsc w które można by wstawić szafę czy regał. Ogólnie oceniam ten kompleks jako jeden z lepszych w których miałem przyjemność być.

The hotel is great for families with children, you can see that they know the needs of this group well. It deducts 1 star for the chaos in the allergen labeling (even the broth was marked as if it had milk - after checking it turned out that it did not have it) and the lack of any dish for children without milk :( It was a big difficulty for us. Besides, a great approach to children, a lot of attractions, I think we will appear again.

Hotel super dla rodzin z dziećmi, widać że dobrze znają potrzeby tej grupy. Odejmuje 1 gwiazdkę za chaos w oznaczeniu alergenów (nawet rosół był oznaczony jakby miał mleko - po sprawdzeniu okazało się, że jednak nie ma) oraz braku jakiegokolwiek dania dla dzieci bez mleka :( było to dla nas spore utrudnienie. Poza tym super podejście do dzieci, dużo atrakcji, myślę że pojawimy się znowu.

The rooms and the pools are very clean. Thank you for the kindness of the staff. I appreciate the fact that only people over 15 years of age can enter the sauna area. A smorgasbord works very well, we put on as much as we are able to eat. ❤️

The hotel did not disappoint us in terms of cleanliness. Animations and various attractions are a good initiative, there is always something going on. Nice hotel. Large swimming pool and hot water. Food ok, there is something for everyone to choose from. I do not recommend the lady who did tattoos and balloons, she is not nice, no smile, and it is important for a child. The center is supposedly close, but uphill, so it's hard with a stroller. The playroom is also ok, although new toys would be useful.

Fajny hotel. Duży basen i ciepła woda. Jedzenie ok do wyboru coś dla każdego. Nie polecam Pani która robiła tatuaże i balony nie miła, zero uśmiechu a dla dziecka to ważne. Do centrum niby blisko ale pod górkę więc z wózkiem ciężko. Sala zabaw też ok choć przydałyby się już nowe zabawki.

The resort is highly recommendable. The only thing you can complain about is that after entering the meal, you cannot leave the room for a moment. We had a small breakdown with the child, my husband and child wanted to leave the restaurant to escort my son to the room, because I was there with my daughter and unfortunately my husband couldn't go out, and because he didn't even have time to eat breakfast yet, my son had to wait behind him because my husband couldn't come in again. A bit of an unpleasant situation.

Resort jak najbardziej godny polecenia. Jedynie do czego można się przyczepić to to,iż po wejściu na posiłek nie można na chwilę opuścić sali. Mieliśmy małą awarie z dzieckiem, mąż i dziecko chcieli opuścić restauracje żeby odprowadzić syna do pokoju ponieważ ja byłam tam z córką i niestety mąż nie mógł wyjść a ponieważ jeszcze nie zdążył nawet zjeść śniadania musiał syn za nim czekać ponieważ mąż ponownie nie mógł wejść. Trochę przykra sytuacja.

We used the facility almost a week just after the winter holidays, so the opinion concerns the situation after the highest occupancy of the facility. Clean, spacious rooms, a great pool area and attractions for children. The breakfast was delicious, although not much changed, but there were a few new products every day. The restaurant serves delicious dishes. It is a hotel focused on families with children and is well designed and has a lot of amenities. I found three disadvantages: 1. A game room where there are 3-4 consoles, a ping pong table and 1 foosball table and all in one small room is a design failure and lack of imagination with 6-storey buildings (the hotel is very large) 2. Token game room - it should not be there at all, and once it was created, it should be ventilated and the game time should be extended twice (only air hockey works normally). 3. With such a large facility (273 apartments) and in the mountains, it would be useful to have a room with a climbing wall with automatic belays, a super boulder, and perhaps a small gymnasium. To sum up: we would recommend the facility for families with children 100%, especially in the low season when we were 👍️🙂

Korzystaliśmy z obiektu prawie tydzień tuz po feriach zimowych więc opinia dotyczy sytuacji po największym obłożeniu obiektu. Czysto, pokoje przestronne, świetna strefa basenowa i atrakcje dla dzieci. Śniadanka pyszne choć za dużo się nie zmieniało ale codziennie było kilka nowości. Restauracja serwuje wspaniałe dania. Jest to hotel nastawiony na rodziny z dziećmi i jest świetnie zaprojektowany i ma dużo udogodnień. Minusy znalazłem trzy: 1. Sala gier gdzie są 3-4 konsole stół do ping ponga oraz 1 stół do piłkarzyków i wszystko w jednym małym pomieszczeniu to porażka projektowa i brak wyobraźni przy 6 piętrowych budynkach (hotel jest bardzo duży) 2. Sala gier na żetony - w ogóle nie powinno jej być a jak już powstała to powinna być wentylowana oraz wydłużony dwukrotnie czas gry (jedynie cymbergaj działa normalnie). 3. Przy tak dużym obiekcie (273 apartamenty) i w górach przydałaby się sala ze ścianką wspinaczkową z automatami do asekuracji, super bulderem a możne i mała sala gimnastyczna. Podsumowując: polecilibyśmy obiekt dla rodzin z dziećmi w 100% szczególnie poza sezonem kiedy byliśmy 👍️🙂
