I recommend Blue Mountain m.in. because of the location. There is no person here who can be accused of anything, great service. Everything in the hotel is as I dreamed, beautiful. The restaurant is great, in the evening you can go down for a glass of wine :)

We were in a hotel in March and in the evening it was quite cold in the room where the bed was. We have no more flavors for breakfast, less for dinner. The food was often cold, little choice. For a hotel that considers itself a child-friendly hotel, it has few attractions for children. One tiny playroom, where with low occupancy of guests, was still full and our 1.5-year-old child had a problem playing there. We are disappointed to stay at this hotel

Całkiem inaczej wyobrażałam sobie ten hotel. Pokoje skromnie urzadzone, w miarę czyste, ale już mocno zużyte. Narożnik poplamiony, ściany w wielu miejscach obite, brudne lub uszkodzone. Byliśmy w marcu w hotelu i wieczorem w pokoju gdzie stało łóżko, było dosyć chłodno. Śniadania nam smakow, obiadokolacje już mniej. Jedzenie było często zimne, mały wybór. Jak na hotel, który uważa się za hotel przyjazny dzieciom ma mało atrakcji dla dzieci. Jedna malutka sala zabaw, gdzie przy małym obłożeniu gości, była ciągle pełna i nasze dziecko 1.5 roku miało problem się tam pobawić. Jesteśmy rozczarowani pobytem w tym hotelu

Sin embargo, el mayor problema fueron las sábanas: tengo alergia a los ácaros y en la cama había mucho polvo y ácaros, aunque no sean visibles a simple vista. Viajamos en familia (dos adultos y dos niños) y teníamos solo una habitación. La cuna del bebé se paga aparte, lo cual ya es un extra, pero la calidad de la cuna era pésima para un bebé de cuatro meses. Además, las sábanas de la cuna parecían usadas o guardadas durante mucho tiempo, ya que tenían un olor fuerte a humedad y polvo. Afortunadamente, llevé mis propias sábanas para mis hijas, lo que hizo la estancia más llevadera. Las almohadas eran de muy baja calidad. En cuanto a las sábanas del sofá cama, estaban guardadas dentro del sofá sin ninguna protección (como una bolsa de plástico), lo que facilita la acumulación de polvo si no se utilizan durante varios días. Tuvimos también un problema con el lavamanos, ya que no funcionaba y tuvimos que solicitar que lo arreglaran. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la piscina interior para niños necesitaba urgentemente una limpieza. The stay was very successful. Friendly service, delicious food. Great attractions for children. Minus for the possibility of drinking alcohol at the paddling pool where children bathe. The second minus for the lack of any dairy-free dishes. The child did not have the opportunity to eat anything for 4 days except broth and fruit. I also got information that even in the lobby bar it is not possible to prepare dairy-free dishes. With today's such a large scale of dairy allergies in children, it would be worth considering at least 1-2 dishes in a buffet for allergy sufferers or making it possible to order a dish for a child with allergies even for an additional fee. Vegan cheeses were available, but butter was not. So the child could possibly eat a dry cheese sandwich for breakfast. Overall, I rate it 5. We will be happy to come back if there is an opportunity to order meals for allergy sufferers and a ban on drinking alcohol in the paddling pool for children is introduced.

Drugi minus za brak jakichkolwiek dań bez nabiału. Dziecko nie miało możliwości przez 4 dni nic zjesc oprócz rosołu i owoców. Dostałam również informację, że nawet w lobby barze nie ma możliwości przygotowania dań bez nabiału. Przy dzisiejszej tak dużej skali alergii na nabiał u dzieci warto byłoby rozważyć chociaż 1-2 dania w bufecie dla alergików lub udostępnić możliwość zamówienia nawet za dopłata dania dla dziecka z alergią. Wegańskie sery były dostępne, ale już masło nie. Więc dziecko mogło ewentualnie zjeść na śniadanie suchą kanapkę z serem. Ogólnie mimo to oceniam na 5. Chętnie wrócimy jeśli pojawi się możliwość zamówienia posiłkow dla alergika i zostanie wprowadzony zakaz picia alkoholu w brodziku dla dzieci.

Czyste, funkcjonalne pokoje, atrakcyjny basen, oraz atrakcje dla dzieci o każdej porze dnia. Smaczne, zróżnicowane posiłki oraz sprawna uśmiechnięta obsługa kelnerska. Spa również na wysokim poziomie, akurat korzystałam ze solarium i masażu. Plac zabaw przy parkingu? Ktoś tu marudził, a ja uważam, że super opcja, gdy jeden rodzic pakuje walizki do bagażnika, a drugi w tym czasie może popilnować pociech na huśtawkach, żeby coś ich nie przejechało :D sala zabaw dla dzieci również ciekawa, fajnie wyposażona. Jest małpi gaj, trampolina, basen z kulkami itp. Ogólnie ten hotel to świetne miejsce na rodzinny wyjazd. Jesteśmy zadowoleni i dziękujemy 😊

Pokoje czyste, funkcjonalne i bardzo ładnie urządzone. Dla najmłodszych strefa zabaw wewnątrz lub placyk na dworze. Jedzenie jest pyszne i świeże. Blue Mountain ma dobrą lokalizację, w Szklarskiej jest dużo atrakcji dla dzieci. Jeden z lepszych hoteli w Szklarskiej Porębie.

A very nice sauna zone, but the cleanliness of the hotel allows much to be desired, we had a purchased apartment, there was sand on the floor, remnants of previous guests (plasters for corns, earrings), you can see that the curtains and curtains have not been washed for a long time because they were gray, I felt the impression that the whole apartment is neglected and cleaned only superficially. On the bed, the hair of previous guests stuck in the mattress.... Disgusting.

Doceniam to, że do strefy z saunami mogą wchodzić tylko osoby powyżej 15 lat. bardzo fajna strefa saunarium, jednak czystość hotelu pozwala wiele do życzenia, mieliśmy wykupiony apartament, na podłodze był piasek, pozostałości po poprzednich gościach (plastry na odciski, kolczyki), widać że zasłony i firany dawno nie były prane bo były aż szare, odczuwałam wrażenie że cały apartament jest zaniedbany i sprzątany tylko powierzchownie. Na łóżku wbite w materac włosy poprzednich gości…. Obrzydliwe.
